Invite the band into a workspace. Songs, tempos, keys and pads follow them onto every device they own, and stay put when the venue wifi doesn't.
The MD sets the tempos and pad sounds once, and the workspace is the source of truth from then on. Everyone signs in to Friday's set already loaded — no files, no version names. Edit offline on the bus and it merges the moment you reconnect, on every device.
